We always have over 300 of the most beautiful Bridal Gowns on display, and the collection is constantly changing as new designs arrive, so this section aims to give just a flavour of the designs in stock. Please feel free to call us about any particular dress you are trying to trace.

We use sample gowns in the shop for you to try on and then we order a brand new dress of your choice from the sample, so it will be ordered in the size and colour required. It can take up to 4 months for a dress to arrive once ordered and so it is important to allow plenty of time before the wedding. However, we always have a few 'stock' dresses up our sleeve, and some suppliers operate an 'express' service so don't worry if you have left it a little late – in the past we have helped Brides with just 4 days notice to get sorted out!

Internet trading

Bargain prices are always attractive BUT do you really know who you are buying from? Internet traders may have access (illegally) to well known brands but beware – the major Designers are now employing 'watchdogs' to trace and close down sites selling their gowns. This means that in between you sending off your payment and receiving the dress, the site could disappear and with it your money! This happened very recently with a site purporting to sell Maggie Sottero dresses and many Brides were left not knowing who to turn to. Also, many unscrupulous companies are displaying pictures of well known dresses but supplying cheap, badly made copies, some of which barely resemble the original picture. Please also refer to the section of this website regarding the service we offer – do you really want to take delivery of a badly creased dress, then try to find a seamstress and someone to carry out all the other services that we offer? We could go on for hours about the 'cons' (the only 'Pro' is the price if the article delivered really is the real thing) but we'll leave it to you to decide.
